Well, again, I'm not exactly breaking ground in the consistency department, but I did run today. It was the first run since the last (a week ago), but I'm encouraged: three weeks into our office's Biggest Loser challenge and I'm about 6 pounds down . . . almost.
I'm really excited about this. Running is getting a bit easier, even with my lack of consistency. Partly I think because I'm running on a treadmill lately (better on my knees) and partly because not hauling around extra pounds means it's a little easier to haul what I do weigh.
I'm going to be ready for that marathon relay for sure! ;o) And I'm definitely signing up for a half this summer and a full this fall. That's my goal.
